Having Nature Close to our Heart & Mind

We need Nature and we need more people to get out in Nature, to connect with it mindfully, and then share why it is so important. Together, let's celebrate responsibly the gift of Nature every day, whatever we do and wherever we are. It's surprisingly easy!

꙳ I pledge to make a difference and step out regularly into our gardens, parks, forests, and pause to observe and learn from Nature.
꙳ I pledge to find the time and take a friend with me for a Nature walk, even for a short one.
꙳ I pledge to reflect with my friends and family about the importance of finding our place back in Nature and step out from being apart from it.
꙳ I pledge to take action at home and decrease my ecological footprint. I choose to reduce my overall consumption, the waste I produce, and my usage of plastic (and of any product that harms the environment).
꙳ I pledge that whenever I am in Nature and with wildlife, I will act in a way that respects the habitat and the wildlife that I am enjoying and so as to minimize my impact.
꙳ Acting responsibly means gaining some knowledge about Nature and wildlife. I pledge to be reasonably informed, and learn about & respect nature and wildlife watching etiquettes pertinent to my visits and activities.
